From a small New Jersey Town to the bustling tourist capital of Central Florida.
My creative career path started more than 15 years ago when my parents bought me my first camera. It was a blue Nikon Coolpix, and I used it on just about every family trip. From New York City to London and Versailles. My fascination only grew every year and I was later gifted my first beginner DSLR camera for Christmas; the Canon Rebel T5. I then wanted to pursue a more structured and professional study in the creative field and was accepted into Ramapo College of New Jersey, where I first studied Digital Filmmaking for 2 years. Towards the end of my sophomore year, my sister returned home from an internship, something called the “Disney College Program”. I was intrigued, Disney was and has always been one of the largest entertainment companies in the world, and I wanted to see what opportunities they had in store for me. I applied and was accepted as a Photopass photographer in the world-famous Magic Kingdom, a place I’ve visited since I was 3. I loved it. It has been and will always be one of the most enriching experiences of my life so far. I wanted to stay, as Disney offers their Aspire program, which allowed me to study and work while my tuition was paid in full. Disney offered me to join their merchandise team and open up the brand new NBA experience in Disney Springs. My Merchandise career has continued for the past 3 years and early that year I moved up as a coordinator for the largest Disney store in the world. Earlier this year I transitioned as a merchandise coordinator for Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park.
I am happiest with my Camera; I am grateful that I was able to attend college online and graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Photography. The goal is to use this degree and experience to manifest my creative career, one I have been working towards these past four years.
